Before discussing the scholarship information, the admin wants to first discuss the country that provides this scholarship. The United Arab Emirates is made up of seven emirates, namely Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm AlQuain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Local residents called Emiratis only make up about 15% of the total population. The majority of Dubai's residents are immigrants from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Europe who are looking for work.
Oil sales only contribute 6% to Dubai's economy. The main sources of Dubai's economy are real estate and tourism.
Next, we move on to the introduction of the city of Sharjah. Sharjah is the third largest and most populous city in the UAE and one of the cities that make up the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area. Sharjah is also known as the Capital of Islamic Culture and the Arab Tourism Capital. Sharjah is only 7 km from Dubai Airport.
About Al Qasimia University and Undergraduate Scholarships
The scholarships offered to international students are a form of appreciation and trust given by the leader of the Emirate of Sharjah, namely H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi who is also a Member of the Supreme Federal Council of the UAE.
The scholarship is only for students who have graduated from senior high school or its equivalent, do not have family (parents or siblings) living in the UAE.

- Faculty of the Qur'an
- Faculty of Communication
The registration period starts from September 1, 2021, to November 11, 2021.
Scholarship Coverage
1. Free of tuition fees until graduation (including textbooks)
2. Monthly allowance
3. Dormitory
4. Airfare after 50% learning
5. Health insurance
6. Visa
7. Emirates ID (Residence)
General Requirement
1. Applicants are declared healthy, namely free from dangerous diseases by public hospitals.
2. Maximum age of 20 years at the time of registration.
3. Scholarship recipients are not allowed to receive scholarships from other parties.
4. Scholarship recipients are expected to be able to return to their home country immediately after completing their studies.
Requirements Document Criteria
1. High school certificate / equivalent maximum 3 years.
2. The minimum average (final report card) is 75% for the Faculty of Sharia and the Faculty of the Quran, and 80% for the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Communication.
3. Reports of senior high school for semesters 1 and 2 for grades 10, 11, and 12.
4. Passport that is still valid for not less than 2 years.

7. Health certificate free from dangerous diseases from regional public hospitals
8. Letter of recommendation from the school for the person concerned to continue his studies at Al Qasimia University, Sharjah.
For the Faculty of Economics and Management and the Faculty of Communication, a minimum IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL equivalent is required.
Registration Stages - Accepted
1. Apply online on the university's website.
2. File selection by the university.
3. If you pass you will get an interview invitation, usually via Zoom.
4. Temporary Admission (Qobul Mabda'i)
5. Legalize original documents and their copies
6. Send the original documents and their copies to the university
7. Placement test (Tahdid Mustawa), whether you go straight to college or have to enter a language preparation class first.
8. You get a student ID number and class
9. Selection of files by the UAE Ministry of Education for equalization. At this stage, there may be some rejected files.
10. Get an E-Visa from the university via email.
11. Depart to the UAE before the visa expires.
