Answer: No need. You only need to log in to your old account to apply for the scholarship again this year.
2. What documents must be translated into Arabic?
Answer: All documents that are not in Arabic must be translated into Arabic with a sworn translator, except for passport and national ID card. All documents that are originally in Arabic do not need to be re-translated, so applicants can upload the same documents in the original documents and Arabic translation sections.
3. Do registration documents have to be legalized by the Saudi Arabian embassy?
Answer: For the registration stage, all documents need to be translated into Arabic with a sworn translation service. Legalization of documents is only required if the applicant has been declared accepted to process a departure visa to Saudi Arabia.
4. Do all Saudi Arabian universities accept both male and female students?
Answer: In general, universities in Saudi Arabia are open to men and women, except for the Islamic University of Madinah which is a campus specifically for men, and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University which is a campus specifically for women. Apart from these two campuses, it is open to men and women.
5. Female applicants must have a mahram living in Saudi Arabia.

Answer: Universities in Saudi Arabia generally provide Arabic language preparation programs ranging from 1 to 4 semesters, according to the student's Arabic language skills.
7. Are all study programs open to foreign (non-Saudi) students?
Answer: Foreign students are not permitted to study in the field of Health or Medicine.

11. How do I register? Is there a tutorial?
The Study in Saudi portal has provided an official guidebook in English which can be accessed here https://object.moe.gov.sa/studyinsaudi/Manual_en.pdf
12. Is there a registration service?
Answer: One of the important points that we need to remind you is that registering for a scholarship on this portal does not cost a penny or is completely free. The government of Saudi Arabia or universities in Saudi Arabia do not provide representation to any organization or individual to accept or reject prospective foreign students. So, please be careful if there are individuals who claim to have an admission quota at one of the Saudi Arabian campuses and charge fees for the registration process on this portal.
I pray May Allah makes it easy for all of you who intend to continue your studies in the land of the two holy lands, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to be accepted or Allah will replace you with another place that is also good for your religion.. Aamiin.
Don't forget, we pray that Allah will give help, victory, and freedom to our Muslim brothers, the fighters in Palestine. Aamiin. O Allah, Lord of the worlds.
